I offer two free collection points, from Fleurieu Arthouse, McLaren Vale or Gypsy Life, Moana Beach. Just choose the collection point at check out and I will notify you when the collection is ready.

Please note that once a collection point has been chosen, I am unable to change. Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving notification.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind so please shop mindfully.

Fleurieu Ceramics will only offer refund or exchange where the item that you have received has been damaged during shipping.

Damaged items are to be reported to us within 48hours from receiving your parcel, with any returns to finalised and posted back to us within 7 working day, to receive an exchange for the same item.
